Nikki "Bella" Garcia isn't letting an injury dim her red carpet shine.

The retired WWE wrestler, whose sister is Brie Garcia, attended the April 17 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony wearing a walking boot on the carpet.

In a video shared by E!, the 42-year-old reality star can be seen wearing the device with a low-cut animal-print jumpsuit and a black sneaker, while Brie rocked a leather halter dress with a gaping keyhole cutout and black heels.

As revealed in an April 18 post on the sisters' shared X account, Nikki "fractured, tore and sprained" her ankle. She wrote that the injury has caused her a "painful two weeks."

The post shared on the platform accompanied a video that showed the star's ankle bruised and stitched up.

While she put her best effort into walking the step-and-repeat, Nikki had to sit out tougher parts of the following WrestleMania 42 event held on April 18 at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium, though she made an appearance in a red costume with a coordinating boot.

With years of spending her career in the ring, Nikki knows all too well how tough a match can be on the body. In an August 2025 episode of The Nikki & Brie Show podcast, she revealed that her breast implant was dislocated in a match between herself and Piper Niven during WWE's Monday Night Raw.

"My implant, I think, has moved, and I'm like, 'Alright. It has. It has moved,' " Nikki explained of the incident that allegedly occurred when Niven, 34, elbowed Nikki mid-fight.

In 2023, Nikki and Brie retired as The Bella Twins and announced that they would be going by their first names professionally amid their departure from the WWE. Ahead of her return to the ring last year, Nikki said the moment marked a "new era."

“I feel like there's pieces of me I need to find, and I find it in that ring,” she said on Today. “So this time around, I really want to prove something to myself. I feel like almost the past 20 years it's been around proving something to someone else, what women wrestlers can do. But the women at WWE are just crushing it.”
